Join us for an experience of interval training that includes warm-up riding, speed building, hill climbing, sprints and recovery, all done to the beat of fun, uplifting music. All levels welcome.

Cardio and Conditioning express is a quick bootcamp style class with exercise routines geared towards those who sit at a desk all day! All fitness levels are welcome, and modifications will be provided as needed.

 Join us for daily mass in the Chapel of Christ the Teacher at 12:05pm. 

4:00 PM Women's Chorale Concert
Buckley Center Auditorium
A celebration of women's voices from high school through college. Visiting choirs will be hosted by UP's own Women's Chorale, directed by Kathryn E. Briggs, and the women of the University Singers. Each choir will be featured before they all join voices in a celebratory conclusion. This event is free - for more information, please contact pfa@up.edu or 503-943-7228. 

4:30 PM Invigorating Yoga

This yoga class is designed to bring vibrant energy into the body, build physical strength, and focus the mind on the present moment. It is a vigorous practice that merges postures from the Ashtanga and Bikram yoga disciplines with a strong emphasis on alignment. *Please bring your own yoga mat.

The Intramural Sports Program at the University of Portland offers friendly competition to students, faculty, and staff in popular sports. Participants of all levels are encouraged to join our leagues for individual and team sports. Contact recservices@up.edu for more information.

Join us for a free coffee break on Wednesday evenings in St. Mary's Lounge from 6:30pm to 9:30pm. Espresso UP is a student-run endeavor, sponsored by ASUP. Here, you'll always find quality espresso drinks with a range of milk options, along with tea, hot cocoa, and Italian sodas.

This class is a high energy workout that merges dance and yoga movements, and puts a fun twist on classic bodyweight exercises. All levels of experience are welcome!

Oula is a high energy, easy to learn, calorie burning, crazy fun dance workout to chart-topping hits. Here you are able to get a little funky, let loose and have a great time! All levels of dancers are welcome to come and participate.

Zumba is a high-cardio dance and aerobic exercise to fun upbeat music! Zumba is set to Latin and world rhythms and some say it's exercise in disguise!

 



8:00 PM Kickboxing

Kickboxing is a fun and engaging martial art that improves physical and mental strength while encouraging students to skillfully and respectfully push past personal boundaries. All levels are welcomed and Advanced Class is offered to students with sustained practice.
